I plan to make the pumpkin pie cobbler this Thanksgiving but need to know if the crust will stay crisp in the refrigerator a day?

It will soften some, but you can easily crisp it up before serving by putting it in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.

thank you so much for responding. Even based on your answer, though, I do believe I will just get up early and make it fresh so I don't have to refrigerate it. thanks again.
