Cooking a turkey of any size in a "roasting" bag will produce a steamed turkey, not a roasted turkey. If you want to experiment with the "roasting" bags, I am sure it will come with directions to follow.
Unfortunately, it didn’t say on the box. I don’t know a correct time and temperature of cooking for its weight. A turkey (approximately 8-12 pound) will fit in a non stick parchment roasting bag? Did you cook it before? Is it worth to cook?
