How could I convert this recipe to make muffins rather than a loaf?

Here is a handy thought to file away: any quick bread can also be baked as muffins, and any muffin recipe can also be baked as a quick bread. To bake this bread as muffins, fill the cupcake liners 3/4 full. Bake them at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes rotating the muffin pan halfway through. When done, the tops should feel springy, not soggy.
