Turkey dry brine too much salt

So yesterday I put the dry brine on the Russ Parsons turkey breast I have that weighs 5.68 lbs. the recipe says 1 tbs salt per 5 lbs and I put 1 1/2 tbs in the mix by mistake! Ugh! Should I rinse and start over? If so how much salt this time? Or should I just start over or just chill out?

Hi Debbie! We've done a quick poll on this with the team, and we think you absolutely *don't* need to start over. Your turkey breast will be just as delicious! Happy Thanksgiving!
