Brought cream cheese to room temp twice. Unopened back in fridge both times. Can I bring it to room temp one more time to use it in my dessert?
Never opened it. Let set out each time for about 2-3 hours, 2 different times. Put it back in fridge each time. Can I bring it to room temp again to use in my dessert? Will it be spoiled?

Yes. Cream cheese is very stable because it is low in moisture.
