Forgot to cream butter and sugar before adding eggs

I am making a slow cooker chocolate chip cookie and spaced out while measuring ingredients. I accidentally added eggs before my butter and sugar was creamed. Do I need to start over?

Occasionally I've made similar errors and barreled ahead. You may not get the same exact texture, but you'll still get a recognusable ans good tasting cookie.
If you need them to be perfect, start over.
If you can live with less than perfect, continue with this batch.
