Put dried beans directly into a stew

I didn’t know you had to pre soak beans to fully soften them, they are already in! What should I do?

Barring something unusual in answer to Half Pint's question, you could cook them long, low and slow in an oven or slow cooker.
See recipes for Jewish overnight stew (mest or vegetarian versions) called cholent or hamin for ingredient lists and directions.
