Can you use skinless, boneless chicken thighs?

How would you adjust this if you were using boneless, skinless chicken thighs?

I think you can certainly use boneless, skinless chicken thighs (though you'll miss a nice, crispy skin). I wouldn't make any additional adjustments, since the cook time is already so low. (If it were a slow roast, on the other hand, I would consider maybe adding some moisture or fat to mimic the extra moisture and flavor that the skin and bone offer.)
