Peel the squash or not can you please help?

Hi, the recipe didn’t mention peeling the squash before roasting but I think it’s probably required. Can you help?

Hi Jenn! Yes, you'll definitely want to peel the squash before you roast it with the other vegetables so you can put them all in the pot together to make the soup. Enjoy!

But/and if you get squash with thin skin, you could leave it on (just trim the ends and seeds), cook and serve. Puree some or all to taste .
