How to Enjoy Overly Spicy Food

It is common that as one ages, tolerance for spicy hot food declines. The best way I have found to still be able to enjoy overly spicy food is to eat yoghurt [even just a little]with each bite.

I love really spicy food. I used to add sour cream but for a variety of reasons now I really prefer Greek yogurt.
