A question about a recipe: Move Over Major Grey Mango Chutney

Is it safe to double this recipe for canning?

Hi Melissa - I've doubled and even tripled this recipe. Just make sure you stir well and nothing sticks (burns) on the bottom of the pot - a little harder to do when the recipe is doubled. Cheers, Cathy
