Can this be made With gluten free flour?

Can this be made gluten free? I often use a pre-made flour mixture to thicken my soups, stews... I’ve never made a soufflé, so I have no idea how a gluten free soufflé might turn out. I would love to try this recipe. However, my doctor, and my body, would scold me for eating it, as is. It looks beautiful!!!

Yes, I think it will still be delicious. It's a cozy thing, and isn't trying to be a perfectly lofty traditional souffle.
