Original recipe serves 4. So you want to serve 8 or 12 people with this at once?
Probably won't work baked in one casserole. You'd need industrial size souffle dish and oven power and still might not get the rise and a fully cooked center.
Instead, bake each of two or three recipes in its own regular-sized souffle dish, or portion out and bake in 8-12 individual-sized cocottes.

I doubled it once. It was okay but rises more if you don’t. I now make it two or three times for a crowd.
