As someone who is gluten - free, I would like to find a way to convert the six tablespoons of flour to corn starch. Any ideas?

David Joachim, Food Substitutions Bible, says 1.5 tsp (7 ml) for every tbsp (15 ml) of all purpose flour.
Not the only source out there, but a start.
