Chicken and chutney for Mother's day
Hello chef!
I want to make a flavorful chicken breast with a peach chutney topping for Mother's day. My worry isnt the chutney, but its flavoring the chicken. How would you season the chicken so that it goes perfectly with the chutney?

I would not season the chicken anything other than salt and pepper. Chicken breast is very lean and very bland. It will absorb other flavors well. If the peach chutney is more on the sweet side, the salt from the chicken will go well with that sweetness. Salty sweet combo.
