Storing the cooked, crispy beans
If I wanted to make a batch to use in different things, how do I store leftover beans and for how long can they be stored?

answering how long you can store the roasted chickpeas: I roasted a few cupfuls until really crisp and brown a month ago. Store as you would any dry snack. They're still delicious.
