Sure. Any mushroom can go with lamb, but the lamb might overwhelm the delicate flavors of milder mushrooms. If that is a not a deal breaker, then add the chanterelles. Personally, if I wanted to taste the mushroom, I would use porcini or stronger flavor mushroom.
