Cake Overflowed Tins and cake was too soft to support all the layers
Hi Erin, I made this cake 2 weeks ago and it came out perfectly. Sooo good. I made it again this weekend and both tins overflowed while baking leaving resulting cake layers too light for the base to support the top so I just made 2 two layer cakes instead. What do you think I did wrong? Also, how do I make this cake and not have the pudding squeeze out when I slice it? Thanks for a wonderful recipe!!!!
