How much Soba Noodle to use? Ingredient list is not clear.

I had to check my pack of soba noodles to see if I could figure out something for you. Korean and Japanese soba noodles usually come packed in bundles, and each bundle is enough for 1-2 people. I had two different types, but I figured each bundle weighed roughly 7 ounces. But honestly, I don't think the exact weight is that critical in this recipe. A few noodles more or less isn't going to wreck the dish, so long as there is enough dressing to moisten it all.
