How are these cooked not sure of the cooking method for this recipe

in the lower part of the recipe instructions: "then I cook them over medium heat, turning each meatball frequently with a wooden skewer, until evenly dark brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes. If you don’t have a takoyaki pan, you can do this in a skillet, or bake the meatballs on a sheet pan under the broiler for 12 to 14 minutes."

So you can pan fry them or bake them.
