Yoghurt flatbreads - would creme fraiche work?
I want to make flatbreads for dinner tonight and have no yoghurt in the fridge - has anyone tried with creme fraiche, will it work? or am I better to use a non-yoghurt recipe from the start?

Your flatbreads should be fine/similar in texture to original and maybe a little richer in taste.
