How much gluten do I add to bread flour to make high protein or superlative flour

To make bagels or pretzels. Would it make better bread?

Ratio is typically 1 tsp gluten per cup (130 grams) of all purpose flour, and 1 1/2 tsp per cup of whole wheat flour.

i know that but I want to make high gluten flour using bread flour how much gluten to add to bread flour for making bagels
