There is a brand Carrington Farms Mustard Seed Oil that is approved for human consumption. Ingredients: Low Euricic Acid Mustard Seed Oil. It's available at Walmart online and on Amazon. I have made mayo with it. I like it but it's not for everyone.
Possibly doable. Musrard oil is used in India for cooking. Toxicity issues with its erucic acid; was and maybe still is banned for import to usa for food use.
