How to complete recipe when you don't have a microwave
I have no owned a microwave in like 7 years. I would love to recreate this recipe as it sounds very to the point. Please advise on how to create this mochi without a microwave being involved. Thank you so very much.

Put Shiratamako and sugar in a medium pan. Add water and combine well until Shiratamako is dissolved. Place over low heat,Stir with a wooden spoon or a spatula until it turns sticky, looks shiny and translucent.
Then, you can go step4.
