I have Swiss and Gouda cheese but can’t find a guiere or ementailier. Need an alternative to make a fondu at thanksgiving

You could order both gruyere and emmental from various online merchants if they are not sold locally.If you can't do that, use instead one or two whole milk cheeses with good melting quality.
