About how many ounces is a "medium" sweet potato?
Recipe calls for 3, but can't tell how big they should be.

For futures, USDA nutrition charts give common shopping or serving sizes, along with weight measures
For sweet potatoes, they cite one 5" long or 130g (about 4 ounces).
As most I see in stores lately are twice that long and about 10-12 oz you might use a large one to replace three medium or average ones.
