Difference between Instagram picture and recipe - ingredient missing?

There appears to be an additional ingredient in the dish pictured on Instagram - although the recipe name is the same. Is that ricotta? Something else? Please help!

I've made similar dishes with either ricotta or feta, and both look and taste good with this combination of ingredients.
Choose what you and/or your guest like better.

PS that comment was guessing what the white cheese in the instagram photo was.
