What Challah recipe do you use/recommend for this stuffing?

I am thinking about making the Challah myself and using Maggie Glezer's recipe, which makes a 1.5 lb. loaf. I'm wondering what recipe you use.
Our family has loved this stuffing recipe for the past 2 Thanksgivings. We liked it so much, even with store-bought bread, that we decided to stop putting filling in the turkey, something I never would have thought imaginable! Thank you!

The way I'd think it out from scratch, is like choosing a wine for cooking - any challah good enough to eat on its own is good enough to use in the stuffing.
Also, I'd go for a basic or classic challah- no added fancy flavors - so as not to conflict with or muddy up the flavors of the stuffing recipe.
So yes to all mentioned so far - store bought, Maggie Glezer's, Mrs Wheelbarrow's family recipe and any other good enough to eat on its own.

I use my own challah recipe (on Food52 as My Great Frandmother’s Challah.)
