Hello,

I use a container to place the dough inside the fridge but when I check it after few hours I see water drops inside the container which makes the dough soggy. The container was completely dry at first.

Any idea why is this happening?

Thank you so much for your response.

Thank you so much Liz. Actually this sounds like a very smart idea. It’s very strange every time I place it in fridge the same thing happens and the dough just come out soggy like.

Don't know for sure, but my guess is that the dough was warm & moist, and gave off water vapor, which condensed on the cold container. Maybe cover the container with a towel, then the lid; towel will absorb the water
