Can I make this ahead of time?

I’m making this tomorrow for thanksgiving before taking it around the corner to my sisters. There won’t be oven space to roast it over there, what would be best for making it ahead and reheating? Could I roast it at home, reheat it in the oven once there, and then add the glaze after its reheated? Thank you!

Yes, I’d wait to add the glaze until after you’ve reheated the sprouts. If oven space is low, you could also reheat and recrisp the sprouts and bacon in a large (12 to 14-inch) skillet, then apply the glaze there. Hope you enjoy the dish! Happy Thanksgiving!
