how long can a savory tart last in fridge

i made a savory tart. proteins are mascarpone, egg, butter. i have some wrapped in the fridge to give to a friend. today is day 3. can i deliver on day 4 or do u think day 3 is the lastest date? Tx

and they have to b conservative. i never heard from the friend so i kept it in the fridge and ate it on day 5. no backlash.
