Coconut weight is too heavy for 1 cup

Adpink19 - agree with you, shredded coconut weighs less than 113g for a cup (about 70g). No complaints in comments, so the recipe seems to be working. The coconut measure won't affect the chemistry of the cookies (the way, say, a sugar measurement would). So choose either
all measurements by volume;
all measurements by weight (except a couple like vanilla that didn't have weight);
coconut either by volume (cup 70g) or as given (113g, more than a cup) depending on how much and your household like coconut.
