What makes banana bread 'moist' not 'wet' ?

The amount of moisture in a banana bread is related to the balance of flour, sugars, fruit, and baking time. Too much sugar or fruit leads to soggy lead bread. Too much flour gets you dry bread. Not baking long enough means the batter isn't given time to bake off the liquid it contains.
