Uncooked falafel mix - how long does it keep?

I made falafel from scratch and only cooked part of it, thinking I’d make the rest of the mixture the next day. Then I forgot for three days. Would it still be good? Thanks!

Yours is/was on the verge of going bad - knowledge article says keeps max 3 days in fridge once mixed. If you're in doubt, but want to use it, smell the uncooked mix and use if ok. Or cook one ball and taste.
