Concerning the substitute for lemoncello, I would use additional lemon juice, or maybe orange juice if you are concerned that 1/2c. may be too much lemon flavor.
Hi Cheryl, weight does not always equal a specific volume as some ingredients are inherently more dense than others. Oxo makes a readily available one that measures in both pounds/ounces and grams. You will find a hundred and one uses for it!
