What do you think about making the dough a day before?

I would just try it but I’m double batching it for use in two parties 48 and 72 hours from now. If I could make the doughs tomorrow that would be great!

Hi there! You could definitely give it a try—don't foresee any issues with this plan—but if it's just a day in advance it might be easier to just bake them off, since they should keep well. Happy baking!
