A sub for the butter to reduce fat?
Could i sub Neufchatel for the butter??

I wouldn't do it, because neufchatel has a distinct taste that I'd be afraid would be noticeable, and make this frosting less tasty. The texture might also be off, as there are stabilizers and gums in neufchatel that could be problematic.
That said, I'd be happy for someone to prove me wrong! ;o)
