Almond flour in recipe for dried cherry tart

Are you sure 34 ounces of almond flour? I’m in the middle of making it and I opted for 16 ounces and the dough seems right. I guess I don’t know what other details this needs probably just looking for a minimum number of words

There’s a link to the original recipe in the comments. http://www.ajc.com/lifestyles/food--cooking/from-the-menu-babette-cafe/VyliPjx47aRA4ERlXHqUbI In the original recipe, it’s
1 1/4 cups of almond flour.

Nah, it's not 34 ounces of almond flour. That's crazy.

I suggest you follow the Atlanta Journal-Constitution recipe URL mentioned by a commenter which calls for 1 1/4 cups of almond flour.

Per Bob's Red Mill:

https://www.bobsredmill.com/almond-meal-flour.html

two tablespoons of almond flour is 13 grams.

Since there are 16 tablespoons per cup, the AJC recipe calls for 130 grams of almond flour or about 4.6 ounces.

Best of luck.
