When is bacon added to the quiche?

Is the bacon added to the quiche with the veggies? Last time bacon is mentioned, it was transferred to a plate :)

And be sure to cut the bacon into smallish bits - 1" pieces work well in quiches, savory pies, and casseroles.  ;o)

Probably error of omission. I’d put the cooked bacon into the pie crust with the vegetables and go from there.
