Hi! Could I make the cranberry salsa ahead of time, or should I make it the day of? Thanks!

Hi! Making it a few days in advance should be totally fine. (That's what I'm doing with the cranberry sauce I'm making this year, too.) Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi Cullitone,

I think it would be totally fine to make the cranberry salsa in advance! We often recommend making cranberry sauce up to five days in advance and storing it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. While I haven't tested that method with this particular recipe, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
