According to the recipe these are pan fried not baked … if you do want to bake I would set the oven fairly high, say 400, so that they brown quickly. And definitely want to brush with oil or use cooking spray.
But honestly I’d more strongly recommend following the recipe and gently pan frying. I fear that baking risks over cooking and drying them out.
