Granulated sugar 300 grams. Brown sugar 330 grams. Powdered sugar 172.5 grams.

You'll need to determine this yourself since sugars are different.

Measure out 1.5 C. sugar and weigh it. You'll get different weights for cane sugar, caster sugar, powdered sugar, etc.
