Help! I need to make tiramisu and the recipe calls for "good espresso or very strong coffee" - I don't have an espresso machine. What should I use?
- No espresso machine
- Would rather not use instant coffee or instant espresso
- What do you all use when recipes call for coffee?!

I know you said you didn’t want to use instant espresso, but I keep a jar of Medalia D'oro instant espresso in my refrigerator for just those recipes. It lasts a long time, I can control the strength, and it saves me from having to make and cool coffee.

Do you have a coffee pot? Go with the very strong coffee option. If you have neither you can go to your local coffee shop and get and espresso or two to go!
