Can I have my salmon finished cooking at 6:00 and then eat it at school during my lunch at 10:50

Are you planning to keep it warm or chill it or other? How will you cook it? I personally would not cook it and keep it warm that long … but I’m also weird about fish. I’d probably lean towards a cold preparation - cook it, chill it, and toss it with a grain bowl or a salad, something I could keep chilled.
