Can this recipe be made in a regular springform pan instead of as mini bundt cakes? Would the baking time or temperature be different?

I haven't done that, but would not hesitate to try it. I'd bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit checking after about 30 minutes. It will be done when the cake pulls away from the sides. That could take 40 - 45 minutes, but given the amounts of the ingredients, and depending on the size of your springform pan, it may well take less time than that.
