Can you bake these in a silicon mat muffin 'tin'?

My metal tins are all smaller so I used my silcone muffins pans and placed them on a cookie sheet. I agree that the carmelization was probably not as evident, and I had to bake them longer than the recipe called for. That said, they still came out beautifully. Great texture, great flavor AND loved (seriously LOVED) by the group I served them to.
