Can the leftovers from this recipe be frozen?

Wondering if this can be frozen once assembled, either before baking or after it's fully cooked.

I would assemble and freeze, then bake when you’re ready to serve it. I think I would bake from frozen, covered to start for a bit longer than originally called for.
