The model I have has no yogurt button, and the manual I found on line doesn't have yogurt instructions. But basically, you just need to boil then cool to 180 degrees, then incubate on a very low setting for 6-8 hours. So, I'm thinking its "heat" to boil and "keep warm" to incubate. Does that sound right?
Yes that’s how mine works! The longer it goes the firmer the yogurt - I usually do an 8 hour low cook. Good luck! Oh and I use an organic yogurt from the store as my culture but you can also buy cultures on line.
