What Size of Goat Cheese Log did you use?

Haven't made this one, but yes to similar.
Many or most supermarket goat cheese logs are 4 oz, but there are others larger (8 or 10 oz).
Mix with the smaller log, then taste or gauge the volume needed for the tart pan.
Add more cheese if wanted/needed.
Or, make the first time with the 4 oz log and then decide whether to increase the cheese when you make it again.
