Mixing the Bread/Egg Mixture with the Leek/Mushroom Mixture

Maybe I missed this... but do you mix the bread mixture with the mushroom mixture before putting into the baking dish? Or put it in first then top with the bread? I wasn't clear on this step. Thanks.

It isn’t clear, but having made lots of stratas, I’d add the vegetable mixture (room temperature) to the egg mixture, and then mix all that with the bread. Hope this helps.
